Hi Meg - just realized that you had added a Photo to your post. I was able to upload this photo, and create a card. See below.
It did take a few seconds to upload though, so you will need to wait to ensure that its completed. Don't click Save Card until you see the actual thumbnail has been generated. If you have a slower internet connection it could take while. Can you try that again?
We're doing some other investigations on our end. Should have this resolved shortly.

Hi Meg - just tested the image upload on my computer and it seems to be working here. Let's try a few things to debug on your end.
1) In terms of formats, in the image upload section you should see "Image formats: png, bmp, jpeg, gif" So please ensure that you are using one of these.
2) What browser are you using? We support IE, Firefox (Win/Mac/Lin), Safari, Chrome, etc. The only browser that can give occasional issues is older versions of IE.
3) If still having problems you can email me a copy of the file you are trying to upload at steve@poken.com.
Letting me know. 100% sure we can get this working for you, and if not, we'll squash the bug asap. Apologize for any difficulties!
Cheers,
Steve
Steve Smith replied on January 08, 2010 17:33 to the problem "Cannot associate Poken device with account" in Poken:
Hi Tim,
I just created a new account (w/o a Poken), grabbed a fresh Poken, inserted it into the USB and while in the Account clicked the "Detect" button. The Poken was associated to the account.
Is there a specific scenario that isn't working? Just want to make sure I understand what needs to be fixed.
Cheers,
Steve
